• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

When using Vidox's AI product photography and video generation features, the photos you upload are temporarily processed by our AI systems to transform your product images into professional studio shots, scenic compositions, or animated product videos. This processing applies the selected AI scene, style, or animation effect to your input image.

The Application does not collect, store, or retain any biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, or any data that could be used to identify a person. On-device image analysis (such as automatic background detection for product cutout) is performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework and is not transmitted to our servers.

All uploaded source photos are stored securely on our servers only for processing purposes and are automatically deleted within 24 hours. AI-generated outputs (your final product photos and videos) are stored as part of your generation history and remain available for you to access, share, or delete at any time. No source images are permanently stored, shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to generating your requested content, sold, or used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to this privacy policy.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at dev.murattan@icloud.com.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained.
